| Comment | Please help residents of the state of California enjoy cleaner air and a safer future by implementing the low carbon fuel standards. I think you should consider giving tax breaks to companies and consumers who manufacture and purchase products that have a smaller carbon footprint. Consider implementing incentives to bring back the all electric vehicle as well. Thank you. |
