Dear Chairman Nichols,

I don't live in California, rather in the pretty darn conservative
State of Montana.  Our State Constitution guarantees us a right to
live in a healthy place.  If California strengthens and adopts the
2010 Consumer Products Regulation Amendments, this action may
eventually filter to my home State, and to other States.  I make a
concerted effort to purchase products that will if not enhance,
certainly not harm my family, my pets, and the environment.  This
can be difficult, since we often don't know what is present in
multipurpose cleaning products, metal polishers, insecticides and
window cleaners, and the EPA is not allowed to regulate them.

Please maintain California's leadership in environmental matters by
limiting VOCs, as we are all vulnerable to their effects.  By doing
so, you can help maintain the health of all Americans.
