Finding an alternative to the ICE is imperative if we are to 1)
stop global warming, 2) stop relying on the Mid East for our source
of fuel, 3) cease to be a consuming nation when we can become a
re-use nation.

Continuing to support ZEV via a meaningful rebate will be one way
California shows they believe that we, as a nation, can stop this
dependence on foreign oil.  The rebate is an encouragement to
consumers to consider alternatives to an ICE vehicle.  For those of
us who have shown our support for ZEV by purchasing an all-electric
vehicle, the continuance of the CARB rebate will help us keep the
cost of this purchase down while allowing us to show Californians,
and the rest of America, what is possible.

Please consider carrying on this rebate program through 2010.  It
is really, really needed.
