PLEASE extend the funding program that provides rebates for
alternative fuel vehicles that was slated to expire on March 31,
2009.  I am in the process of purchasing an all-electric Tesla
vehicle, and I urge CARB to continue to provide incentives to make
it easier for individuals like me to purchase eletric cars, or
other alternative fuel vehicles.  

Purchasing an electric vehicle is one of the things that
individual consumers like me can to do that helps the CARB agenda
in several ways, including:

 1)help slow down global warming
 2)decrease our dependence on foreign oil, and 
 3)support the growth of companies like Tesla and others who
   are producing these revolutionary vehicles that can move us
   in the right direction for the future.

PLEASE extend this very valuable incentive program!
