2007 California SIP

ARB and local air pollution control districts are developing plans for meeting new federal air quality standards for ozone and airborne fine particles (PM 2.5). ARB's draft Statewide Air Quality Plan contains consumer products provisions which are described in Chapter 5. This document and links to regional SIP strategies are available.

2003 State and Federal Strategy for the California SIP

The Final State and Federal Strategy includes two documents: the August 25, 2003, version of the Proposed Strategy, and Board Resolution 03-22 adopting the Stragegy, including changes made at the October 23, 2003, hearing and responses to environmental issues. Consumer products provisions are described in Chapter A of Section III. These documents are available.
