* This item will be heard only if the Executive
Officer determines that further hearing by the
Board is necessary. The item is therefore subject
to cancellation. Interested parties are advised
to inquire of the Board Secretary prior to the
hearing whether the item will be heard.

In the event all of the agenda items cannot be heard
December 1, the hearing will be resumed at 9:00 a.m.
December 2 and December 3, 1982, if necessary.
