Amendments to the Regulation for Reducing Volatile Organic Compound Emissions from Antiperspirants and Deodorants Staff is proposing amendments to the Regulation for Reducing Volatile Organic Compound Emissions from Antiperspirants and Deodorants that would increase the high volatility organic compound limit for aerosol antiperspirants to 40 percent by weight, from the zero percent limit. The proposed limit would become effective January 1, 2001. Other amendments are proposed for clarity and to streamline the reporting requirements. |
00-10-3 | Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to the
Air Toxics Hot Spots Fee Regulation for Fiscal Year 2000-2001 Staff is proposing amendments to the Air Toxics Hot Spot Fee Regulation for Fiscal Year 2000-2001. Staff is proposing to use the same method as last year and to keep fees at the same levels as last year. The result is that staff is proposing a budget of approximately $1.04 million for the Air Resources Board and the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment to implement the Program in Fiscal Year 2000-2001. |
00-10-4 | Public Meeting to Consider a Review of Air Quality Legislation for 2000 Staff will present a review of air quality related legislation considered during the 2000 Legislative Session, including legislation that was enacted and will take effect January 1, 2001. |

Although no formal Board action may be taken, the Board is allowing an opportunity to interested members of the
public to address the Board on items of interest that are within the Board's jurisdiction, but that do not specifically
appear on the agenda. Each person will be allowed a maximum of five minutes to ensure that everyone has a chance
to speak.
THOSE ITEMS ABOVE WHICH ARE NOT COMPLETED ON OCTOBER 26 WILL BE HEARD BEGINNING AT 8:30 A.M. ON OCTOBER 27, 2000.
THE AGENDA ITEMS LISTED ABOVE MAY BE CONSIDERED IN A DIFFERENT ORDER AT THE BOARD MEETING.
