03-6-2 | Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to the California Diesel Fuel Regulations Staff will propose amendments to adopt 15 ppmw limit on the sulfur content of California diesel fuel to be implemented in 2006. The proposal will include consideration of a new standard for diesel fuel lubricity. Other changes are being proposed to make the various regulations consistent with the new 15 ppmw sulfur limit and to increase the enforceability and to ensure the benefits of the program are maintained. |
