Public Meeting to Consider Approval of the San Joaquin Valley 2007 Ozone Plan
  Public meeting to consider approval of the Proposed 2007 SIP for 8-hour ozone in the San Joaquin Valley. This new plan identifies the clean air strategies needed to bring the Valley into attainment with the federal 8-hour ozone standard by 2023. ARB consideration of the San Joaquin Valley SIP is contingent on its local adoption.

Public Hearing to Consider 2007 Amendments to the Phase 3 California Reformulated Gasoline Regulations
  The California Air Resources Board will consider amendments to the California Phase 3 Reformulated Gasoline (CaRFG3) regulations to update the CaRFG3 Predictive Model to preserve benefits, add provisions to increase flexibility for refiners and producers to certify alternative formulation, modify limits to increase enforceability, and make other miscellaneous changes to increase consistency.
